DECC's quality system is based on the RTA QA specification Q4 requirements. DECC will amend its QA system as required to suit the project requirements. DECC will operate in the capacity of Principal Contractor or as sub contractor depending on project size and head contract arrangements in accordance with state and federal legislative and regulatory requirements in the ACT, NSW and QLD.
